WoW: Hotfixes from 06. May for Malicious War Spider, Denathrius, Hunter
The developers at Blizzard have released new hotfixes for WoW: Shadowlands last night. Firstly, a bug has been fixed for hunters that could occur with interrupt effects and frighten wildlife while Aspect of the Turtlewas active.
Second, Painful Memories from Nathria boss Denathrius will no longer damage pets and Guardians. And third, you now only need a rating of 1,000 or higher (previously 1,400) to progress to unlock the Malevolent War Spider.

Player versus Player
- The rating requirement to earn progress for the Rated PvP seasonal mount has been lowered to 1000 (was 1400).
For the latter change, the developers then even provided an explanation afterwards (via Wowhead). "The change brings the scoring requirement back in line with previous seasons. The boss mounts are intended to be a reward for players who regularly participate in PvP, even if they don't necessarily have a high skill (the gladiator mounts are a skill-based reward). The rating requirement is there for the sole purpose of preventing players from purposefully dropping to low ratings in order to quickly pick up a few wins (which would have a disastrous effect on the entire "ladder")."
